Our Development Process is so modelled to offer the client detailed reviews at every
stage and yet leave him free from the chore of project planning and execution. Our
process is simple and streamlined, without any clutter. Once the project is signed
off we work independently to fulfil the vision and requirement of the client as
his ally in growth. We thrives the multi phase process, which we have planned with
the best practical practices from our years of experiences to make client comfortable
while working with us in any phase of the project execution.
Our project execution process can be divided into 4 main phases, which are:
- 1. Establishing Contact Phase : We establish a good contact rapport via prompt
communication with client via either email or online conversations.
- 2. Requirement Gathering and Contracting Phase : One of our Project Coordinator
gathers the exact client requirements and prepares the document for the same. On
the basis of mutual understanding of project requirements, we quote for the project
with the best competitive pricing. Finally, we contract for the joint venture with
client for the specific project.
- 3. Development & Deployment Phase : After successfully contracting of
the project, we hand over the project to one of our technical team to start executing
the project with the exact SRS (System Requirement Study) with all the milestones
that has been approved by client and on the successful approval, we deploy the
complete project on Client Server.
- 4. Maintenance Phase : We believe in long-term relationship and we care profoundly
for that. We are always ready to assist our clients in future too for any kind of
enhancement work or any maintenance work for the project. The below diagram of multi-phased
