Harbour city of the north of Tunisia, to 65 km north-western of Tunis, and at 40 km of Raf-Raf.

History:

Named by Hippopotame Diarrythus, Bizert was colonized by the phenicians, then by French. It was useed as French bases during 5 years, until the Tunisian indépendence, after several attacks between Bizert And France. Today we can say that it is at the same time the most modern, and the oldest town of Tunisia.
