Black beauty Les Paul Epiphone
The Black Beaty Les paul has always been the guitar of my dreams, so when i recieved a letter that my very own Black beaty had been dropped off at the post
office, you can imagine I was quick on my feet.
So like a spoiled kid on christmas eve, I tore the wrapping apart, and my eyes feasted upon the guitar that in my eyes has the perfect design.
Its just something about that black body agains the golden electronics, that is truly compelling.
So I tuned her up, and started to play her!
Now, in my opinion,a Les Paul is not a suitable beginners guitar. First of all the Black Beauty is in a price range wich i dont think is suitable for beginners. there's a hundred better choices if you're just starting to play. An article on choosing your first guitar will soon be uploaded by me, so stay tuned;).
Second of all, the Les Paul is quite hard to play on. it's got a wide neck and is, no matter how you adjust the strings, "hard" to play. So now you might wonder why in the hell someone would buy a guitar wich is difficult to play on?
Well, the benefits of the Les Paul is tremendous. Once you get used to playing it, it sounds so incredebly frigging awesome.
The sustain from a Les Paul is long, warm and lingering. I'd say that's the Black Beauty's most commpelling feature.
Even Zakk Wylde uses the Les paul.wich says alot, because playing at the speed of light, takes a good axe:) An article about Zakk Wylde and his guitars will be uploaded soon.
The Black beauty also has a warm, round tone and quality electronics featuring double humbuckers and three-way tone control.

If your looking for a guitar with class and personality, I strongly recommend the Epiphone or Gibson Les Paul Black Beauty.
I Give the Black Beauty 9/10 and a standard Les Paul 8/10. The only reason is because of the sublime design of the Black Beauty
