If you know the issue then only you will be come to know, Otherwise they will not come to you and say there is an issue. I wasted few hundred $US and very less they refunded. They never provide me the log of sms

I had the same experience with Alex and Colin Mitchell. I have been disappointed by Routesms services. They have low speed of delivery and ratio of delivered sms. Avoid at all costs.

Hi guys

i do not agree with few of the comment mentioned here . we are using routesms services from last 3 years for middle east and Africa. they have issue in delivey for europe but rest of the world their delivery and price is execellent . Always recommend for Africa,middle east and rest of asia Europe i think they are not that good

We have (attempted) to work with routesms. We purchased bulk sms from them and the messages weren't being delivered. After testing with them many times over a period of three months, they still owe us some 900 Euros. They keep dodging our emails with requests to do further testing. We depended on them for a marketing campaign, and failed us miserably, not to mention delays in accepting to refund, 5 months and counting! Even the the price per message was raised 3 times what agreed upon.

Dont buy ROUTESMS

This company is not ethical. They always change the ballgame , change prices and never keep to their word. If you are a small company then its fine to deal with them , but if you are planning a marketing campaign , or are planning to re-sell their service , PLEASE DONT - you will disappoint your clients , and damage your brand.

Their only benefit is the price , which is slightly cheaper than competitors , other than that , their service is SHOCKING , and you WILL get stabbed in the back at some point.
